They are scam!!!!! I placed an order a month ago and said it’s in transit and then delivered but I didn’t get any delivery plus I contacted them several times and no answers!!!
We have no idea who this person is. Our phones are manned from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F and our answering service takes over after hours and on weekends. We're set up to never miss calls or messages and we stay in constant contact with all of our customers. In the last 12 months we've had no customers with the initials GH. We believe this review is fake. Unfortunately companies like ours have to deal with fake reviews from time to time. As you can see in our 100's of 5 Star reviews we take communication and on time delivery very seriously.
My window order was processed, manufactured, and shipped in a timely manner. I have been happy with all of my orders with WindowEstore. Quality windows at a fair price.

Was told by local vendors in Lubbock after recent hail storm, that it would be 6 weeks to 4 months to get replacement windows. I placed my order online and had windows in 3 weeks. Amazing customer service, price and product. Thank you for making this happen.

Beginning the process of ordering windows was easy and when I called they answered my questions. I will start with one window and if that goes well I will order the remaining windows for my house. I will write another review once the window arrives and install complete.

Last year we had to build a mini home for my wife approximately 3 hours away from our home due to her work. The build was a 400 square foot home that is insulated in closed and open cell to increase the R-value. Our concern was the windows because of the amount that was planned for the build. 8 windows were to be installed and the build is located in east Texas. I was fairly worried because how hot it can be. Therefore, we decided to look for windows that weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive. I would tell you after installing them, make sure to do your homework and never cheap out on windows. The installation was really easy with step by step instructions. The delivery was awesome because they communicated with me weekly via email and text. I did call once to verify and they were very he[pful. Once in, the windows and sliding door have a robust look and feel. We only had to put in a small mini split A/C that runs off 110 volts due to the insulation and windows. Its basically a yeti cooler in the summer. I timed how long it took to cool down and it was around 12-15 minutes. Due to delivery, installation and look, I won't by any other windows. great company!

Ordered ecostorm windows because it has triple pane windows and I needed something to deaden sound more. Derek, recommended the ecoxtreme with the keep safe laminated which is good for both safety and to deaden sound a little bit. I ordered online and the windows were a perfect fit. These are ingress, egress windows for a basement, casement style. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality and the excellent open and closure mechanism. The lock latch functions very well, have purchased pella casements and these work much better.

I ordered my window 4 months ago and still haven’t received it. The customer service rep I’ve been working with has been very good but ultimately replacing this window is the last item on the punchlist of my full gut reno and pleasant customer service helps but they have been unable to fulfill my order. This company seems to be operationally broken. At this point I would just like to get my money back and buy a window from the big box retailers…

I have been very glad to find the Window E-Store as it is a perfect fit for my way of home repairs and improvement: it is geared toward the DIY crowd. I didn't think as a DIYer I could get custom windows of this level of quality and was almost resigned to having to use the big-box drivel. The web site is very helpful and after placing the order online there is the follow-up phone call (very quickly) to confirm measurements and details. The free shipping to a local warehouse is awesome, especially with today's ever-rising shipping costs. Heck, this is DIY, I don't mind at all having to go pick these up on the other side of town, but local delivery options are available. The windows I ordered were spot-on to the sizes I requested and the build quality is amazing. They dropped right into my openings and fit like a glove. I did have a minor issue with the screens on one of my windows and on emailing the office about it I had a call back within an hour to work on the details to correct it and replacements were in the works before the end of the business day. My only complaint is the lead time from order to delivery is longer than is implied. I was told because I wanted black exterior windows it would take longer, "About three weeks," but in actuality it was seven weeks from the time I placed the order until they were delivered to the local warehouse. I missed an extended late fall season of great weather when I could have installed the windows before the snow flew and had to wait until some early spring weather appeared to finally get them in. But, I am not deterred and have placed an order for yet another window unit ... but have planned my lead time better this time.

Our normal turnaround time on Tan, White, or Driftwood color window/door orders is 3-5 weeks but since Black is a specialty color you can an additional 2-3 weeks to that turnaround time. So normal turnaround times on specialty color Black windows/doors is 6-8 weeks. We've always prided ourselves on having the fastest turn-around times in the nation on high performance windows/doors and we work hard every day to make those delivery times even faster. We want to do everything we can to get our customers their windows/doors as fast as humanly possible!
