Pending satisfactory resolution. Some of the Windows were missing weep hole covers/ the latches used to open for cleaning, however they have assured me they will be sending the missing pieces. Windows wont lock after being opened because the top pane slides down slightly. I have been assured that this will stop happening after more use. Will update.
Thanks for the review Ashley! Every once in a while the weep hole covers located at the bottom of the window will come off during shipping or installation. If you can't locate the lost covers just give us a call and we can send you new ones! The weep hole covers just pop in the slots. Super easy 10 second installation. No tools required. If the upper sash on any of your double hung windows slides down a tiny bit when you close the lower sash simply open and close the sashes 10-15 times and that'll solve your issue. The weather stripping on the windows is thick and brand new and just needs to be worn in a little. Thanks again for the review and please let us know if you need new weep hole covers!
