I would give zero stars if I could
I would give zero stars if I could. I have now ordered 2 separate sofas on separate week and both have been delivered according to the tracking but they have never arrived. Ordered through Amazon. Seller claimed both sofas have now been lost in the post. Total scam. Takes money but never delivers. AVOID

Awful seller
I bought a sofa +ottoman from B&Q. This company was the seller. They lost the sofa and only delivered the ottoman. Its taken almost a month to get my refund after countless phone calls and emails. Awful customer service be careful

Only half of the bed was ever delivered.
I had to daily chase them for any response.
As of 25th January im still waiting for them to respond regarding my refund.

Fake delivery code, no responding company
I bought a sofa from them indicated as 2-6 days of delivery. Currently I’m on 11th day and they gave me a tracking number on 2nd day yet the number is not in the system of logistic company. They are not replying to my mails, they are not providing any information. Only information I get is it says package on delivery, every single day. I contacted the support but they also couldn’t reach out to the company. Their warehouse is in the city I live in, 4 children can carry the sofa in 30 minutes yet this company full of adults with questionable competences failed to do that but I guess that’s pretty understandable for a company that keeps lying on delivery date, status, tracking code etc

Order delivery problems
2 times i have ordered from Amazon, for some reason the delivery comes on two seperate dates, so package on x date and then package 2 on x date, both times i have never received package 2, contacted customer services get told they will reschedule the delivery .. shock and horror never gets delivered

Gorgeous tree so quick & easy to put up & it's got lights!
Don't often leave reviews but was so impressed with my 6ft pre-lit Christmas tree I wanted to! It was so quick and easy to assemble in 3 pieces with hinged branches it took no time at all. Never had a pre-lit tree before but defo won't be swapping back now as saved all the faffing with the lights! It's a lovely shape and the snowy tips look great without leaving a mess on the floor.It's even got pine cones and berries for added effect. Love it,and it should last me for many years as it's great quality !

Damaged product - no refund
The product arrived to my home damaged, with part of it sticking out of the box with holes in it. They only offered me a refund of the transport costs, not reimbursing me for the damaged product, which goes to complete waste sitting in my house not being used.
