I have ordered twice, the first order I was very satisfied with all the clothes, fabric and shape/size - everything fitted perfectly. My second order was never delivered to me because my local postoffice delivered it to wrong person. It was not Yoins fault, but they are responsible, so just one day after my complaint I got confirmation that Yoins would refund my money. I'm always pleasantly surprised with the clothes when they arrive. They are good quality especially considering the great prices. Shipping is a little slow but worth the wait.

Ordered 2 dresses was a bit dubious with them been so cheap but they arrived quickly and they look lovely on, there a little bit big so next time I order I'd get a size smaller but overall I'm very happy with them. Will be ordering from this site again 😀

I ordered my stuff and then sent it back for a full refund, noone got in contact with me I had to do all the chasing for my refund, tried saying that they never received it had to send copy of my receipt 4 times and a copy of the email as they emailed me the wrong information to send it too. There was no sorry or compassion they were so rude over chat and was so blunt over email. there customer service team have no people skills and no willing to help I had to kick off numerous of times and do a complaint on there website before someone did something. Shame on you yoins I will never be shopping here again and will never allow my family or friends to aswell

I bought a red dress for my wife but received one in another colour. I contacted the Company and they said I have to pay for the return postage? This kind of mentality is not acceptable by humanistic mentality/values. Shame on you

I'm actually really surprised!! I took a risk as reviews were average but I got a lace top which came exactly as pictured, which was really good quality. I went by the sizing provided for this item and it fit just right (I'm UK size 8 on top and went for UK 16 on site). It only took 10 days to be delivered to London with standard delivery so I'm really pleased overall :)

They never shipped my order and then told me it was all out of stock (5 different pieces of clothing) and only offered me a refund and this was only after I emailed them after 4 weeks of not receiving any communication. Very unprofessional. They just lost a customer. I don't recommend giving them your money or business.

I ordered four items if clothing from YOINs on the 31st July and receive them on the 7th August. I paid £34.68, this included a couple coupon discounts. I bought my usual size from reading other write ups and the fit was perfect. Considering the amount I paid I thought the quality would be a bit lacking abut it was really good, I will definitely continue to buy from this site in future and have recommended it to friends and family x

They were very quick to respond to all emails and were very detailed in explaining the return process. The clothes were nice, but some of the sizing is a little bit off.

I absolutely love the dress I received, it arrived in a little under two weeks. Sadly it was a bit large. Customer service has been amazing! It takes a day to write back because of the time difference, but they are so helpful in correcting the problem. I’m for sure ordering again!

Yoins has a lot of really cute clothes and they are reasonably priced! I purchased 3 items and only needed to return one. It was way too big. Not their fault - I think it was just the material. Return policy is different than other sites I use but I guess that just means I am less likely to buy unless I know I really want the outfit.
