I have used them for years and they were great until recently. Since the beginning of this year I've had many problems with their payment system, and shipments being delayed with no explanation. Now they send me a survey for an order I made a week ago that they have not even shipped yet. Their support chatbot is useless. Avoid.
I gave up vaping after using it to quit cigarettes, which worked, but despite telling them several times to stop sending me marketing emails, they kept doing it. You have one job, stop sending emails when customers ask. For the love of God, I get 10 emails a week.
Trash never got any conformation on my order tracking nothing but money was taken out of my account I’ve called emailed nothing
The flavor tastes nothing like the ones I get from my local store.

So, the price is much better than in person stores, which is where most of the stars come from. It also didn't take very long to get to me, which is some more of the 4 star rating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because i specifically chose flavors that were on their list of highest rated, or award winning flavors, and they were pretty just ok. I know there's only so much that can be done with basic flavors, but I've had a wide variety of qualities, and I feel like these ones may have been kind of arbitrarily listed, rather than listed by merit. Other than that though everything was great. Next time (and there will be a next time) I'll just go with brands and flavors I already know about.
It was the same exact box you sent me last month. I see a shit ton of flavors and brends you you send me the same brands every month. I've been a member since just about the beginning of Zamplebox and the past 2 years have probably been the worst. Im not one to really complain. But now its like it has gotten ridiculous. The same box come in do better. Im a disable veteran and $60 is alot of cash for me. Please do better

Order was exactly as described & arrived two days earlier than expected. I’ve been a fan of ZampleBox since 2018 & become fond of many juice brands that they feature. Finding brands/juices on the site can be a little tricky, since there isn’t any option in the drop down menu. I also think they should carry vaping supplies, such as mods, rda’s, rta’s, sub-ohm tanks & wire for building coils. With a lot of vaping brands,shops & websites closing, I think it would be good for the vaping community to have a one stop shop for their vapong needs.
Great variety great price delivery was quite quick Unfortunately I can’t order from them again as they don’t deliver to Australia any more I hope that changes

I tried to call them 6 times to find out when my order will be sent and to reimburse me if they can not full fill my order but no one answers the phone.
Arrival of product was quick and discreet. Prices really can't be beat. I love ZampleBox! I had their monthly subscription for years and it was always fun to receive new juice to try. I will always be a loyal customer. Great job!

The shipping is very slow, I thought my order would of been shipped in a box but arrived in a worn out brown envelope.
The product came in a reasonable amount of time. I had ordered menthol, but I received desert pastries flavors.
My order came very quickly and I loved all the flavors, especially Sad Boy Cotton Candy.
Half of the juice I ordered came without nicotine. This is the second time this happened. Product was defective
