Missing items, delayed shipping
I placed 3 different orders with Zazzle recently. There were significant problems with both orders, including canceling a baby shower invitation (without telling me) but shipping me the envelopes anyway, just not sending a package I paid expedited shipping on. The tracking says it was never picked up. Zazzle customer service is non-existent. I have yet to talk to a real person. I would not recommend them.

I didn't pay close enough attention to the date of arrival and received them a week later than expected. I thought I paid for expedited shipping. The quality is great and we need to reorder but I'll pay more attention to the delivery date.

Plan ahead. Free USPS shipping takes awhile.
I ordered the invites and they came about 7 days later. They use USPS. I wish there was a comments box to write “Leave on porch, don’t cram into mailbox.” Luckily my invites were all OK.
