I had a very disappointing experience with Zazzle. I ordered custom plates for an important event, but they were never delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was hoping they could offer a solution—such as expediting production or shipping—but instead, the plan was just to cancel my order. This left me scrambling at the last minute for a high-profile client, putting my business and reputation at risk. While the representatives were polite, the lack of urgency or willingness to find a solution was incredibly frustrating. If you're ordering custom products, I would think twice before relying on Zazzle.

Almost all the cards and envelopes were bent. Quality of pictures was very poor. Some of the cards have white space on the top left of the card, which is not apparent in the preview pictures.

I love it!

I love that different sizes and quantity of pictures are offered. I chose the 60 photo desk mat since I had over 50 pictures I wanted to include. It is a well made mat and I'm enjoying having my family and pets on my desk without having a ton of photo frames.

Do not use this site if you are not…

Do not use this site if you are not from USA. They will not help you fill out what you need to do for tax after telling me that I didn't need it when I first set up shop. Also if you don't sell anything for a certain time they start taking money out of your account, they call this The Non-Contributing Account Fee and then you end up with nothing. They have taken all my earnings and I now have a negative balance.

Ordered a shirt for a friend. Even tho Zazzzle’s records showed it delivered, they went ahead and re-sent it. Exceeded expectations.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

This company is an absolute nightmare to work with. Won’t admit to mistakes they made, and you can forget about replacements or even talking to customer service. It’s a waste of time because they truly don’t care about anything else but scrapping all the money they can from you. Do not use them, you’ll be wasting your time and your money.
