I used ZenBusiness for the free option to set up an LLC. It stated it would take 1-3 business days. After two weeks of waiting, I reached out and they said tomorrow, which means they weren't planning to process unless I reached out. A business shouldn't offer a free option if they aren't going to follow through.

Terrible Company DO NOT GO TO THEM!! Go to your small business association and they will do it for FREE - not 329 dollars. AND then they will charge you 199 MORE without your permission. We are all new to this and they took advantage of me - STAY AWAY. And now they want more information - I do not understand. I did not authorize funds they took - what more information do you need

They are a classic shady online business - get you to sign up for a recurring service, and make it very difficult/impossible for you to end the service. And if you ask to speak to a supervisor, they refuse. Stay away! They're awful!!!! Dirty details... You cannot cancel a service using the site. They require you to call customer support. And they do not make it clear that they will require specific government documents in order to end the services. So it was a surprise when I called support to learn that in order to stop my yearly subscription, they required that I provide a proof of dissolution of my corporation provided by my state, which takes 2 - 4 weeks to receive from my state agency via mail. Their response was if I can't provide proof within 7 days that they would charge me for an entire year (even though I could provide a copy of the form I submitted to the state). I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused and ended the call. I called back,similar result. The only way I was able to end the service without paying for it ($428) was driving 1 hour both ways to my state capital to handle the paperwork in person, submit that official paperwork to customer service, and then wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund. Again, stay away!
