I had a issue where my package got stolen and Mia helped me get my refund
I want to recognize Mia from Xcotton for her great support and service in helping me get a replacement Starlink tripod. The original tripod was damaged in shipping and photos I took clearly showed a damaged box and product. I paid for shipping protection so it should have been an easy replacement process but the vendor kept asking for more photos and claiming the tripod was still usable. Once the vendor turned over the issue to Xcotton, Mia rapidly handled the resolution and required the vendor to replace the tripod quickly. I received the new tripod yesterday and am grateful that Mia took care of this when the vendor was initially unwilling to do so. If you have an issue that Xcotton is supporting, hope you get Mia to help you from their Support team. Fred

The response was incredibly quick. Owen,the associate that helped me was very helpful and professional. He resolved my problem within 2 days, and to my satisfaction. Would definitely recommend using loss and damage insurance, specially from xcotton.
I'm not a person who typically pays for "shipping insurance". With that being said, I made a purchase from a site I never visited before, paid for the shipping insurance coverage through Xcotton. They item arrived damaged and I contacted the shipper and Xcotton. Cora at Xcotton maintained communication until the issue was resolved. I would definitely pay for the insurance any time Xcotton becomes an option for any future purchases. Thank you Xcotton team, for all you do.

This company is a complete scam. The only reason they still have a high Trustpilot rating is because they are clearly buying fake reviews or paying a review farm to flood Trustpilot with positive comments every time someone exposes the truth. I am 100% certain that the reviews are fake. They all follow the same pattern, use the same wording, mention random customer service names like Sunny, Davis, Owen or Dily, and appear within minutes of negative reviews to manipulate the rating. They are deliberately deceiving consumers and misleading the public. Trustpilot should remove every positive review because none of them are genuine. I reported them for review fraud and I hope law enforcement investigates them because this is organized consumer fraud. Notice the 5 stars reviews that will appear in the next hours after my review. Stay away from this company. Their entire reputation is built on fake reviews.
