Interacting with Owen to resolve my damage concerns and the missing safe keys was very pleasant and fruitful. KaerWorld at his request sent out a new replacement lock and keys. I’m very impressed with both and especially how well Owen handled the situation. Thank you very much for making a bad situation because of the delivery agent much nicer.
Top Class Service and Attention To Detail
In dealing with my issue of a lost package Xcotton as a company were absolutely first class service providers. In commanding this company I wish to give Cherry ,my contact at the company a review personally that the service she provided with clear and thoughtful help and guidance was I feel over and above what I would expect, clearly an exemplary employee of Xcotton if my experience is anything to go by. I would highly recommend using this company as they have made what was a stressful, difficult time with the 3rd party courier company so much easier ,without Xcotton and Cherry I feel my issues would be massively still ongoing without resolution. Great Job Owen
Owen worked with me and was extremely helpful. I was getting no where with the product company and eventually I was given contact information from Owen, from that point on things proceeded at a good pace and Owen helped me reach an agreeable solution with the company and I'm very pleased to finally be done with the issue. Xcotton outstanding customer service
Xcotton was very responsive to my claim for damage to a part of my gazebo. The damage happened during transport to delivery location. The representative for xcotton “Sunny” worked to resolve my claim and offered a couple of options..either partial refund or part replacement. Once I notified Sunny of my decision Sunny was very quick to work with the merchant and get a new part shipped. Sunny should be teaching customer support/service given the outstanding support I received.

I don't normally buy insurance for shipments, but because I was purchasing large solar panels, I decided to purchase it. The panels were both damaged in shipment. Dily made it effortless to arrange for replacement panels to be shipped. Definitely worth the additional cost.
