Everything was very easy, and the parts looked great. It would be nice if I could pay the shipping cost at the time of order or online, rather than having to phone it in. There seemed to be confusion after I paid shipping; there were emails asking for shipment payments.

I really like the waterjet cutting service, especially for an acetyl part. I wish the company offered nylon 6/10 sheet for waterjet cutting. All parts were up to spec.
