Great company! I love the products they make, when I ran into an issue Leo from Xtools was wonderful in immediately helping so I could get my orders finished in time. Furthermore is Xtool studio easy to work with, and the combination with Atomm is amazing. The only "downside" (if you can call it that) is when a new machine comes out it has "babyteething" issues (which in my opinion is normal) but they usually fix that with a software update.

Got the M2 laser and after just a few testruns a problem aroused. But after just a few short messeges whit Xtools they found the fault and fixed the problem. I highly recommend their products and the support they give.

I love my Xtool M2. It's the best tool I own for my crafting! It's affordable compared to how well it works on almost anything

The machine is a good quality. You can feel it immediately when you open the box and you star it fir a first time. Fast delivery in total but a few issues with the delivery company. Great machine great software and this prowide a realy quality job.
