Hi Jack, Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the confusion and disappointment. Our Topical Finasteride & Minoxidil Solution is dispensed in a 180 mL bottle, but the prescribed fill volume for this order is 90 mL. Because the bottle is larger than the prescribed amount, it can appear half full even when the correct volume has been dispensed. That said, we understand why this would be confusing, especially given the cost. Please feel free to send the photos, and we’ll be happy to review them and confirm that the order matches what was prescribed and dispensed by the pharmacy. We’ve also flagged this with our service team so we can make the expected fill volume clearer for future orders.
