Great experience so far!

I shopped around, and finally upgraded my fitness bike to a Yesoul G1M Plus- a great experience so far! I placed my order 5/9/26, and the box arrived two weeks later- very fast! The assembly was straightforward, despite the very small instructions and illustrations in the manual. However, what impresses me most is the bike's quality. The pedals, handlebars, the frame, the flywheel, everything feels very sturdy. Definitely order the seat cover as it comes with a firm saddle cushion. The app interface is just average. It will take practice to figure out the content, layout, and navigation. I'm glad they offer a subscription-free experience, although a few permanent 'non-trial-based' free rides inside the app would be nice. The monthly payment plan is a good value- thank you, Yesoul, for not locking us into a long-term subscription! This was the main reason I bought their bike. A few minor gripes: the included HDMI data cables didn't charge my phone, despite their packaging claiming they do. I also wish it were a touchscreen or tablet, with extra USB outputs for charging cables/external fans, etc. The tension knob feels vague; there is no feedback as to what level you're at- a tiny twist could give you +10 or +50... It's very finicky and not precise. Overall I do love the screen size, and the phone mirroring is sharp & quick. I'm definitely glad I made this investment. I see myself using this Yesoul bike often!

Just ordered my first trio of Yesoul Products and can happily say they do not disappoint. A (Yesoul G1M Plus Bike), (Yesoul T3S Plus Treadmill) plus a (Yesoul R1M Plus Rower) all for $1300 whilst this deal is on is incredible reduced from $2400 which is still a great deal. All arrived in a few days, easy to set up, very sturdy high quality products plus all have screens.

The Yesoul G1M Plus Excercise Bike

The exercise bike G1M Plus came on time and was packaged well. The bicycle is well-built and looks premium. Very pleasant to ride, and the screen makes it comparable if not better than most other bikes in this category, due to free screen casting. I'm happy with the bike so far and would recommend it.

Great indoor bike for the price. The YESOUL T3S Plus is stable, well-built, and easy to adjust. It makes exercising at home much more convenient and enjoyable.

Great indoor bike for the price. I found it easy to assemble and set up. Mirroring to my phone worked and I appreciate that you don't have to purchase a subscription to use it unless you want to. Good communication with customer service, they are quick to reply to any concerns. Overall very happy with it.

Refuses responsibility for rusted frame-manipulates dispute process to block refund.

I ordered the G1M Plus bike and it arrived with peeling paint and rust on the frame and mold on some wooden packaging. Instead of taking responsibility for shipping a damaged product, Yesoul used deceptive tactics to fight my refunds. They subverted the PayPal dispute process by offering a refund only if I paid to ship a 90lb freight item back to them, and they are now actively fighting my credit card company to block a chargeback. Their customer service acts friendly initially but refuses to provide real solutions, even trying to get me to strip and mail back just the electronic parts. Check other online reviews—this is a documented pattern. Beware of this company’s predatory dispute tactics if your item arrives damaged. In response to Yesoul's reply that I simply pack and ship the product back to get my refund: Your solution fails to address the core problem. An ordinary consumer cannot repackage or transport a loose, 80-pound raw metal frame, which is part of a 90-pound multi-component shipment. Asking me to procure a custom freight box and handle the logistics for your factory defect is an impossible request designed to shift the burden onto the victim. Shifting the physical and financial burden back onto me as the customer has been your deliberate stall tactic from the very beginning—first with PayPal, and now with my credit card company. You refuse to provide a refund unless I ship it back but then don't make it possible for me to ship it. Because you shipped a heavily rusted, damaged item and refused to provide professional packing and freight extraction services at your own expense, and refuse to provide the refund without the item shipped back, this matter is now being formally handled through the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Capital One's dispute department. I am seeking a full financial refund.

Initially was happy with the product…tt

Initially was happy with the product but the more i used it I realised why it was so much cheaper then a peloton. Starts squeaking after being used continuously and has to be tightened after every ride, handle bars not secure at all, peddles squeaky. Customer service refuse to do anything without you sending them thousands of videos. Computer re sets itself if you stop briefly for a break so you loose all progress, again customer services unwilling to help or tell me how to change the settings they just want videos sending which is ridiculous. Wouldn’t buy again there’s a reason it’s so much cheaper than competitor models, it’s ok, but not great. They tell you the app is free but it’s not. You need a subscription to use this bikes screen otherwise you’re paying for it for nothing.

GM1 Plus Bike

Have had the bike almost 4 months and we have gotten a lot of use out of it. Never owned one before but was attracted by the screen and the ability to use without a subscription. The app is very easy to use and the screen and speakers are decent quality. So far it has been an essential part of out workout routine. Would definitely recommend if you’re unsure if you would use a bike and don’t want to spend $1000+ on something similar. Shopping was fast and assembly is pretty easy, tools included.

Fantastic bike and looks amazing! Im 6'5 and 250lbs and I can still ride comfortably. Screen size is ideal and speakers work perfectly.

Yesoul Very Scammy Dont Buy

I asked a question about the discrepancy in a price, they increased the price overnight and emailed me back, expecting me to pay a new inflated price, which did not even answer the question, if they are this scammy and you have any problem don't expect them to fulfill warranty claim p.s be sure to note the generic scripted replies they copy‑and‑pasting because they dont realy care you should take your busness elsewhere

Bike arrived on time

Bike arrived on time, it's was relatively easy to put together (~1hr) however when I connected the power cable it became evident it was malfunctioning. I contacted customer service, anticipating a delayed response however, customer service team really quickly, give me some tips to troubleshoot and we determined a replacement was required. Customer service was brilliant very timely and honest with a delay to replacement parts. The new cable has arrived and we are now up and running. Thank you for great customer support and product!

Yesoul G1M Plus bike

Purchased the Yesoul G1M Plus bike from Yesoul. Overall a great experience. Good communication around a change to delivery and kept me informed. Bike was easy to install (around an hour- took my time) and has exceeded our expectations. Solid build and very good quality. Overall a very good purchase/ delivery and product experience.

Ordered the top tier bike - then asked for an extra $200 for shipping even though item was free shipping

Ordered the top tier bike, free shipping included in purchase. Entered details, paid for item and contacted a day later to advise shipping would be an extra $200 due to location. We asked for cancellation of order as a result. A day later they tried to bargain shipping for $110. Not impressed, but maybe we dodged a bullet with the product. Many other companies give a quote on shipping when you enter your postcode instead of contacting you after purchase to ask for more $$.

I purchased a bundle about a week ago…

I purchased a bundle about a week ago with the Rower and the Recumbent Bike. I received the packages in the mail very promptly and the installation with the provided video support is straight to the point and fast. I had one small hiccup during installation and reached out to their customer service chat who was extremely professional and courteous. That made me feel very secure as a customer and will definitely recommend this company and their products to other disabled veterans like myself. Thank you Yesoul for affordable, quality equipment to help jumpstart my recovery!
