I had such a wonderful experience with YogaRenew and would absolutely recommend the program to anyone looking for a comprehensive, supportive, and accessible yoga teacher training. The 200-hour program gave me a strong foundation in yoga philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, teaching methodology, and the practice itself. I especially appreciated that the course allowed me to learn at my own pace while still feeling guided and supported throughout the process. As someone who already has a background in movement and bodywork, I found there was still so much to learn and take away from the program. I had a wonderful experience with Yoga Renew! I really appreciated being able to complete the course remotely and at my own pace, which made it easy to balance the training with my other responsibilities. At the same time, the 30 hours of live Zoom sessions gave us the opportunity to connect, learn, ask questions, and feel part of a community. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire experience. I learned so much and feel truly grateful for everything I gained from this program. I would definitely recommend Yoga Renew to anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice and knowledge!

I recently completed YogaRenew’s 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and I’m very happy with the experience. I have been teaching yoga for more than 20 years and, alongside teaching, I work extensively with yoga philosophy, teacher training, and the translation of yoga-related texts into Georgian. Because of this background, I approached the program with quite a lot of prior experience, but I still found the course valuable, well organized, and rich in useful material. I especially appreciated the wide range of topics, the live Zoom classes, the sequencing work, and the assignments on the Yoga Sutras and the Eight Limbs of Yoga. The program gives students both flexibility and a clear structure, while encouraging them to think independently and deepen their own approach to teaching. The YogaRenew team was always supportive, responsive, and encouraging. Their feedback on my assignments was thoughtful, and the entire completion process was smooth and professional. I would definitely recommend YogaRenew to yoga teachers who want to continue their education, deepen their knowledge, and develop their teaching in a serious but accessible way. This is a great class whether you want to teach or strengthen your foundations. The team leading the program responds quickly and kindly. There is a lot of support from outside sources like the FaceBook group. I feel confident in what I have learned and look forward to additional classes with Yoga Renew.

I feel like the 200 hr course was very informative and they covered all bases from Philosophy to the mat. And bonus is the learning information and videos are there for a lifetime to go back to and refresh. Can't wait to get started teaching now that I have completed the 200 HR course.
