Yoga Renew gave me the tools and the encouragement I needed to dive deeper into my yoga journey. I was intimidated by all the information at first, but continuing to follow the order and the steps Yoga Renew lays out made all the information manageable. I loved being able to take my time, ask questions, and gain support from others taking the course as well. Great group of people and I’m so happy to be a part of this community. I completed my 200HR and have signed up to complete my 300HR YTT!!
200 hour LIFE CHANGER!
This 200 hour journey was truly life-changing. I was able to focus and make it happen within two months. Taking in coursework and videos every day. Practicing asanas in my cute lil yoga corner. Everything has deepened. Mind, body, and spirit. My relationships with others and myself. It’s inescapable when bringing devotion to the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Experiencing the benefits of all the lovely rituals I now get to teach after 15 years enjoying a regular yoga practice. Leading chakra balancing groups for teenagers in expressive arts. Working as a voice actor for meditations. All these synchronicities added up to a glorious blending and reckoning of all the practices I have enjoyed individually. I loved certifying with YogaRenew. I’ve just been glowing since my certificate arrived. I felt supported, motivated and inspired each day. A darling friend happened to sign up the day before I did and our journeys overlapped and contrasted in really delightful ways. My Yogi si⭐️ and I received our certifications within days of each other! My goal: finish by the time school starts for my daughter. August 12th. I beat my goal by three weeks! My friend, juggling three kids and a full-time job, originally aimed to complete the training by Thanksgiving. She brought her whole heart onto her mat and I’m so proud of her! I highly recommend doing the course with an accountabilibuddy! 💞 Thank you to all the teachers featured in the courses! Thank you to the virtual teachers on the Zooms! Can’t wait to get teaching!!!

The classes were much more informative and thorough than I expected and even as someone who has been doing yoga for decades, it even improved my own practice. YogaRenew is an amazing place to learn more about the world of yoga, especially if you plan to teach it like me! They are very kind, helpful, and attentive. I never waited more than 48 hours when I needed help with IT stuff which was awesome. The instructions were really easy to follow throughout the entire program and I felt that everything flowed well. I highly recommend their courses!
