I arrived in Japan and the eSIM did not work even though I scanned the QR code and followed the instructions carefully. Using the airport WiFi I contacted Yoho Mobile's WhatsApp support. The support staff solved my problem in a few minutes after I sent him the photos of my phone settings. Very efficient! Thanks a lot

I had an unlimited eSIM in Tunisia for 1 month , fine for the 1st 3 weeks then on News years Eve it stopped working. After several emails their support said it was fine reboot the phone and everything would be fine! It wasn’t, they put me on Tunisian Telecom with 3G reception, utterly useless and never worked without constantly dropping out. After more emails to them, nothing! Has to be the worst supplier I have used in the 2 years I’ve travelled around the Mediterranean. Use at your peril!
