This company is a fraud. I ordered a canada tequila ball in march and have received nothing. I asked for refund and they stopped replying to me. Its been 4 months and nothing. If you call no one answers and you cant leave a message. I did not once speak to a person on phone. Horrible site its a fake do not buy from them.
I paid for 2 to 3 3 day shipping 14.95, on June 30th ,just received this email July 3rd and its expected to arrive July 6th, total misrepresented, one star
Shipping time was good and packaging was great. I am very unimpressed with the cap on the bottle. The eye hook that simulates the pin was about to fall out and it feels like you are going to brake the cap when you pry it up and off. Each time you open the bottle the inner cap is pulled out and is not retained.

Not yet delivered. Was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago. I’ve tried calling and emailing many times and using the support feature on their website and have not gotten a single response.
I placed order May 26,2026 and yet to have received the four bottles OLD RIP VAN WINKLE 10 year old Straight Bourbon $1,579.98 per bottle...I keep receiving phony emails and when trying to call the CS number voicemail is full...I am reporting to my bank that this company is a scam/fraud
I starting to think I got scammed. To make James and jimmy happy I’m going to say it first thing. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bottle of red breast 2 weeks ago for my dad’s birthday. I ordered it on the 5th of June and needed it by the 11th. I paid for express shipping to get to me on time. By that Tuesday the 9th I hadn’t hear anything. I send an email didn’t hear anything back. By this time I have no received and ordered confirmation or shipping confirmation. They just took the money and ghosted me. Finally by that Friday the 12th they called me. I said ok I need it at least by Father’s Day on the 21st. They said they would have it. It is. O the 17th and I haven’t heard anything called them, send emails, and no one will respond. I would like a full refund so I can get my dad a good Irish whiskey for Father’s Day….
Order a pair of grenade bourbon bottles. One arrived completely empty. I have emailed customer support several times with zero response. I have tried every customer service number available and it either says mailbox is full or temporarily out of service. What a joke! Don't waste your money

Ordered on may 27. It’s now June 14 and no sign of when delivery will occur.
Post ordering and paying for the bottle of Addicto Tequila Angelo, there was a three month delay in delivery with no communication. Finally the wrong bottle was delivered. I communicated about this, sent a photo of the wrong bottle, and still no communication.
Ordered Buffalo Trace on April 13, 2026. Today is June 12, 2026. NO ORDER - NO REFUND - NO COMMUNICATION. You've been warned!
I ordered 200 dollars worth of alcohol from You Booze and never received a thing. The worst part wasn’t even the missing order – it was the awful “support” experience. Every time I reached out, I got the runaround, vague excuses, and no real help or resolution. They were quick to take my money and completely uninterested in fixing their mistake. No accountability, no transparency, and no urgency to make it right. At this point, I consider this company completely untrustworthy. I will never order from You Booze again and strongly warn others to stay away. Save yourself the hassle and spend your money with a business that actually delivers what you pay for and respects its customers.

Took a lot longer than was originally told. Then received the order and the bottle was broken and glass everywhere.
