Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage. Only delivered half my order. Ordered a boxed set and an additional bottle of whiskey, the additional bottle wasn't included. Emailed and attempted online chat several times, no reply. Their phone number features a full inbox. Do mot do business with them!

Charged in full and have not received the product months later. I’ve requested a refund several times if they cannot fulfill the order and they continue to tell me it’s processing. I would give a zero if possible - it’s a scam and fraud.

I placed an order and was charged for it over 8 months ago. I can’t get a clear response from the customer service team. It is always we are working on it or we’ve had changes in our logistics department. I asked for them to just cancel my order and give me a refund and still no response. Very disappointed!

This company is a scam. I never received my shipment. There were duplicates tracking numbers and one of them got delivered to a different state. I reached out to their customer service multiple times and only heard back from them once. My concerns were never reconciled so I’m out the money I paid and the goods. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They will scam you!

Do not shop at this site under any circumstances! I pre-ordered two bottles of their Horse Soldier Liberty 13 Year 250th Anniversary whiskey for $1,573.65 to celebrate this last Fourth of July (as an Active Duty Air Force Maj) and never received the bottles nor a response from my countless emails to the company. Due to the pre-order (ordered 23 Feb 2026 for an approx April 2026 release) taking me outside of the 60 day limit for a dispute, I’m not eligible to file for a refund. This is the worst experience I have ever had online shopping. I cannot remember the last time I wrote an online review, but if it saves even one person from being defrauded, it’s well worth my time to post.

Ordered 1 case of crown royal chocolate, when I checked out it showed 1. When I got confirmation it showed 2, I immediately called got VM. Sent email no response for days. Canceled complete order, that was may 31st. July 25th no refund even after several emails from them. DO NOT buy or order from you booze. Stole a thousand dollars from me.

The worst in the world
The worst in the world! I ordered a couple of bottles of Bourbon and they kept saying they were working on fulfillment, but it never happened. Told them I wanted a refund and they never responded, but contacted my CC company and they opened a dispute. They never responded to my CC company either and I was given a full refund. Stay away from this company because there are many more reputable companies that deliver.
They will rip you off
We ordered a case and they put 2 cases in the cart when he checked out. He cancelled the order as he did not want an additional case added. He has called and talked to customer service about his refund and was told they would take care of it. That was weeks ago. We still di not have our $ back. Over $800 .Do not trust this company

Never received my shipment that was ordered June 24 as the delivery information provided was not the correct information I gave. I would NOT order from this online alcohol delivery company ever again. You can't call on the phone provided nor does you booze EVER reply to email inquiries as I had emailed them a number of times for my undelivered/received order of almost 369.00
Never showed up
Never showed up. No response from youbooze after 4 emails. 3 through their customer service form and 1 directly from my email account. Their phone number never works as the voicemail is full. Buyer beware. Scam. I even bought the shipping protection which is worthless if you cannot reach the company. May karma catch up with y’all.
The first order I had 2 1/2 to 3 weeks…
The first order I had 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago was delivered to a city in Illinois and I live in Indiana. They still still haven't resolved that and delivered it. I did do a second order and it's taken well over a week and they can't give me a time as to when it will be here not sure I will ever order from them again
I never received my order
I never received my order. They shipped it to Washington state and I live in the Midwest. Customer Service does not reach out when you leave a voicemail and they do not respond to inquires on their website nor do you get a receipt that you have submitted an inquiry.
You booze — You lose!
Spent almost $1000 on a wine order. When it was late, I sent a message inquiring about the order and got a message back within a day, apologizing and saying that they have been running into delays, one month later, made the same inquiry and got no response and proceeded to send four other inquiries every third day or so with zero responses. Reported them to the BBB who failed at getting any response from them as well. Finally, reported everything to my credit card company and was issued a refund. I would never recommend using this company!

We placed an order totaling over $600 for clients, but the company shipped the package to the wrong address instead of the one we provided. To make matters worse, it has been several weeks and we have been unable to get any assistance. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach, and despite multiple attempts, no one has resolved the issue. Additionally, the phone number listed by the company is unhelpful because the voicemail box is full, making it nearly impossible to leave a message or receive support.

Package was delivered to New York city but I live in wisconsin. I stopped payments on all my orders until you figure out who stole my order. Every order from other stores came to the right address.
