I saw this website on the Internet and at first I was scared to use it but something said go ahead and I researched and everything and come to find out. They are the best at what they do it’s affordable and they get the job done. They are with you from A-to-Z so that you can get your paperwork right these guys are awesome.

No satisfaction/Expensive lesson

UPDATE: I changed my star rating from 1 to 3 because the company DID give me satisfaction from my concerns. It was still very hard to get in touch with them, so I would recommend they figure out a better way to communicate with those who have concerns after they have canceled their account. Also it wouldbe better if the site would be more user friendly. If I could have gotten into my forms, or subsequently gotten ahold of someone for assistance, none of this would have even happened. I am greatful they were finally able to contact me and square it away, though. I got a subscription for $139 to YouForms.com. They immediately sent me to pages to fill out the forms and submit them for review. The problem came when I was supposed to sign and return them to the company. I could not get into the forms to do what was needed. I tried to ask for assistance and got nowhere. Finally I asked for someone to call me, and I was sent an email response that no one was able to do that. So, I decided since I could not get any assistance, I would just cancel my subscription and get my money back. After all, I had not received any forms or anything else for my $139. I was then told I was ineligible for a refund. I thought it was interesting that all of the sudden I was able to get a response, but it turned out to be problematic as well. While trying to find out why I could not get my money, I had continuous problems. It seems you cannot reply to them directly, you have to write new emails to support each time. I told them I never received anything for my money, but they said the forms had already been reviewed, so I was not eligible for a refund. They said they understood my frustration, but they would not return my money. WOW! That's nice that they understand my frustration of not being able to get anything for that amount of money, and further not being able to get my money back! (Yes that is sarcasm.) So, since I previously had to confirm I wanted to delete my forms, I now have no way to even print my forms, if I somehow can find them, so I can take them to a proper/real attorney to review them. This company needs to make it easier to use their products, OR allow for refunds when someone cannot obtain what they paid for! I have asked them, yet again, to assist me in getting the forms printed out, at least. I'm not holding out any hope though.
