Ordered greenhouse in 12/25 expected…
Ordered greenhouse in 12/25 expected delivery in March - no updates, I called got email with estimate arrival in another 2 -3 weeks. May I received notification it had shipped - then that it had been delivered- to AL. I live in NY. Then came the calls and multiple unreturned messages. Seriously began to think that I had been scammed. Then finally got a message from Shirley that they were getting it corrected with fedex. Now it’s the end of June and I have not received my greenhouse, growing season is shot, and better yet no updates despite multiple phone messages being left . I’m disappointed, frustrated and I am back to thinking this is a scam. Uggh Update #1 7/10/26- received email that they are going to contact me on 7/4/26- have not heard anything since. Called FedEx - they have no record of a case being opened by them. I am beginning to doubt any positive reviews even on trust pilot.
