No showed. After spending two hours on the phone getting the appt scheduled because I kept refusing a diagnostic appointment, I already knew what was wrong with the car, they texted this morning said they were on the way but never showed up
The mechanic was more than 2 hours late to the scheduled appointment. There was no communication with me letting me know they would be late. I had to call them to get a status. Then 45 minutes after that the mechanic from Wrench showed up. The appointment was for an assessment of the overheating problem. The mechanic just turned it on for a short time, he looked at the engine with a flash light and checked the dip stick on the oil. He had his suspicions that it was a gasket or a cracked block, but could not give me a definite answer until the contaminated oil was changed. Requested an oil change for 2 days later. The different mechanic said it would not be a good idea to change the oil since it would also get contaminated. So I still dont know what is exactly wrong with my truck, and they took my money and wont refund it or complete the inspection. I would have to pay for another inspection. Tried to communicate with management, and they said they would call within 48 hours. That time has passed and there has been no communication. In my professional career, if I said I was going to do something, I would do it. This company does not follow the save basic values. I do not recommend their services.
Highly recommend looking for another company. This is not a reputable one. Mechanic that was sent did not have any knowledge of Cadillac Northstar motors. He pointed to where he thought the part was, and I had to point him to where it was. It was underneath the manifold he pointed to the valve cover. I asked him are you familiar with these motors he said no had not worked on any. Lastly, he shows up in a car Instead of a truck with the correct diagnostic computer, he was not able to read all the codes. My car was sending when I asked, he said he did not bring his larger computer. Last point he showed up with his girlfriend waiting for him in the car. He couldn’t leave fast enough. After searching Sunbiz I do not believe they’re licensed to do business in Florida.
Terrible service. Mechanic never showed up and I wasn’t made aware that he wasn’t going to show up until I finally got someone from customer support to figure it out. They then offered to reschedule…. Days later. Absolute waste of time, and possibly a scam. I am going to cancel my card used to book, as I am now certain this is not legit based on interactions and lack of transparency.
My experience was great! I booked an appointment for a mechanic to come and he came the next day. Andrew Fuson was so helpful and professional. He led me through his inspection and diagnosis of my car's problem, and patiently answered all my questions. It is worth contacting Wrench/Yourmechanic if you need help.
The mechanics did not show for appointment and did not inform me twice the third I was called to reschedule but could not adjust my schedule and was cancaled.

I wasted weeks trying to get my van fixed!I paid for a service autozone &advance auto do free. I needed a mechanic so after diagnostic was told “ easy 1 hour job replacement of throttle body. I was told “ we have to refund your prepaid payment over $900 minus the diagnostics cost . We have to start all over. I will never go through this nightmare again I feel played

very disappointment due to I made an appointment online and then get an email an hour later that it will be cancelled. but had to call to to find out it was a schedule conflict. why make one online. The company should have found someone else to do the job,
Got a appointment. 3 hrs turned into 2 days . Me having to rent a car. Mechanic looked me said my car was fixed .drove it 23 miles and the car is doing exactly the same. Still has oil leak and still antifreeze resovour has motor oil in it. 278$ and I can't get ahold of anyone..it's been over a month. I've tried contacting all ways possible and I can't get warrenty to call back I can't get help from emails phone calls letters messages. They are not backing or helping me in any way. I even contacted the CEO ed Petersen and he won't reply. What's next
Easy and convenient. The mechanic was respectful and fast. Best if you need to do a quick oil change and basic car check.
Scheduled an appointment 4-days in advance. Received confirmation the day before. Mechanic never showed. Looking at reviews it seems this is VERY common. These are third party mechanics. They could not even get in contact with the mechanic to see where he was. If you don't want a 50% chance of wasting your day. Do not use this company. Pretty simple.
They do not honor their warranties. I had them replace a starter last December, and it already went bad. They will not return my calls or emails.

I tried to make a warranty claim as my battery had stopped working within the warranty. After calling the first time, the assured that I would be contacted to setup an appointment in the next 24-48 hours. 2 weeks later and multiple of my own calls back, still no appoint to get me battery replaced. I tried speaking to a manager or someone with authority to handle my situation, but they just push back and say they cannot do that. Ridiculous customer service and would never recommend this company to anyone.
I requested a battery change and the mechanic quickly swapped it out in mere minutes. Then he explained to me what to look out for and the entire process was smooth.
It can be devastating when you go to start you're car and nothing happens.😬🫤 I found this site and made an appointment for the next day to do a simple diagnostic check. 😌However, when the mechanic Nolan arrived, after just about 20 mins of being here, I heard the engine running!🤯😲 He did the diagnostic check, and then fixed the issue and got my car started and running again! 😍 Also, he told me about a few issues that needed to be addressed to ensure my car continued to be a reliable form of transportation for me. 😀 I highly recommend this site and specifically Nolan in Tucson, AZ should you ever need help 😁👍🏼✌🏼
