The order number cannot be found in your system, nor could it be found in the tracking. The glasses are too big. I need to return them and you have no record of it. How convenient that you can’t find anything.! send me an email address that you will respond to because you’re not responding to any phone number or anything else… I can’t even send a reply. Only edit this trust pilot. I will be happy to forward you my credit card statement my confirmation from you with the order number and my email address on the document that you sent me on my email address

I love the glasses but my reading prescription is not like my prescription glasses. I ordered one pair of only reading and one pair of bifocals and can’t read with either pair. They are pretty though.

Good service, my glasses came with some issues, I returned them following their instructions and made a payment for a new request, the process was quick and later I received my new glasses all in order, I love them 😍
I did my own ppd measurements with the ruler ZEELOOL provided. I have two pairs of medium size frames and one wide and one extra wide. The extra wide I can’t wear… it’s like my prescription doesn’t fit them right in the lenses. The other 3 are perfect! I was nervous about quality and virtual try on, but I’m very very pleased. I’ll never buy glasses anywhere else!
