Amazing

This is my first time ordering from Zudo and it will definitely not be the last time. I’m very happy about my order. I luvvv my customized earrings so much. I also got the African map ring in silver. I want the ring in gold too but can’t find it on the website. Is it out of stock ? Otherwise customer service is also so helpful, patient, and very nice!

Amazing experience,beautiful designs and awsome team

These people are amazing, my order was delayed for a little bit but the team kept me posted on the status of my order. When i recieved the ayat ul kursi necklace, i can not explain my feelings. Amazing Jewelry!!

I first purchased from Zudo and I absolutely love it!! First let me start off by saying their customer service is phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. I ordered a silver name necklace and I had to change it last minute. I emailed them and they updated my order and had it replaced with gold. Their prompt response is what grabbed my attention. They absolutely responded to my email with any questions I had right away or within 24 hours and I appreciate that service Top-notch service. I highly recommend their jewelry talk about the jewelry. It is amazing, perfect beautiful, elegant, and the gold is just super cute. I love it.!!! Thank you again for your great customer service I will be buying more!

Best best best best jewelry seller

Best best best best jewelry seller. I ordered three custom name necklaces in arabic and was concerned the font would be too small. Contacted the seller and they were extremely patient and cooperative with me. They made sure I got exactly and even better than what I had wanted. Definitely deserve buying from them!

Great customer service & quality items

I have purchased multiple items from Zudo ranging from jewelry to wall art. Everything is amazing quality and they have great customer service. I love all my necklaces and rings. My oldest piece is from 2021 and it looks exactly the same, so you know it's good quality. My wall art is one of my most favorite home decor pieces. I definitely recommend this company and will be ordering more from them this Eid.

ZUDO Team!!! Excellent customer service, great quality and unique designs. The products I ordered fit perfectly, I love them. Thank you very much. My first purchase I put in an incomplete address blindly, following up on the order, they tracked it and informed me that it was being returned to them. Within the week I received it and figured I had ordered a wrong ring size, after informing them they were happy to exchange for the right fit. Your efficiency and precision is outstanding. THE BESTTTT TEAMMM EVERRRR! Alright so I purchased the little tuktuk necklace which I wanted to gift someone special. I made this order in late december however the necklace got lost in the mail. I contacted the Zudo team and they reacted immediately and sent out a new one which I recieved a week or two later. I’m really happy with my purchase and with great customer service and instantaneous response from Zudo team. This is definitely not my last purchase. Highly recommend🤭

Great experience.

This is my second time ordering from Zudo. My daughter loved her personalized pendant for part of her 16 Birthday presents. Zudo’s customer service is amazing. and product quality is great. I had great experience shopping with them.

Every year i purchase jewelry from zudo i must say quality is excellent and they have best customer service always available to support you.my gift item was lost in courier they always check on me if i get that or not then they have sent me gift card to make up then out of nowhere i have received my lost item and they told me to keep both items Thank you for all your help zudo
