Every time I order anything glass
Every time I order anything glass, it's never packed properly. This time there were 8 coffee presses in a box with a 5' ladder. Why? I've been disappointed before, but now I'm almost angry. They are always conveniently out of stock, so that replacement's can't be sent. Side note, Just don't order anything glass!
