I ordered an Olight ArkPro USB…

I ordered an Olight ArkPro USB Rechargeable Flashlight, which was processed quickly and sent via FedEx. I was looking forward to this flashlight until I opened the box. The packaging for the flashlight was already opened. I didn't know if they just sent me a flashlight that someone returned or what. I called and was assured that the replacement would be sent right away. I waited and waited, and then it showed up. Shipping via USPS, that is taking over a week to arrive. Unbelievable. My original order was sent via FedEx, my replacement of the possibly previously opened light is sent USPS. I am so disappointed with this level of customer service.

I have been with 1PW almost since inception and it keeps getting better

I have been with 1PW almost since inception. Sometimes the app was difficult to use, but over the years it has become smoother and more well-defined. I greatly appreciate how seamlessly it integrates between my Chromebook, my Pixel 10XL, my Mac Mini, my iPad, and my MB Air. I recently had an issue that caused me to contact Customer/Tech Service. My rep, Darcy was incredible, and I left completely satisfied. I will continue to be a fan and customer of 1PW.
