Shitty support. I installed the program on Windows 11, but it doesn't work. I can't even start it. I read the FAQ (including the fresh Windows 11 installation instructions) and followed all the steps, but the problem still persists. Support hasn't responded to me.
Poor customer service and an unreliable website. The system claims I'm using a VPN or proxy service, which prevents me from applying a promo code. Funny enough, this issue only appears when you're trying to use a promo code. When I contacted customer support, I received only automated responses, and the case was closed without any real assistance.
