Complaints Remedied
Horrible company. Airline cancelled flight and company wouldn’t refund and issue gift voucher instead, which I won’t be using the next 12 months so will go to waste. Couldn’t contact the customer representative at all. They even direct me to Air Batik but it is Airpaz the agency that took my cash. Airpaz code 1033817108. Refund is given subsequent to this review.
