Ordered a couple of cheap tops from Dresslilly only to find the sizes were way too small. I’m normally a large but the items I received were easily a Uk medium. I tried to exchange for a larger size but was instead given the option of a part refund. The time it took to get to the refund stage was such that I took the refund (a derisory £9 against a £39 order) just to be done with it. If you want cheap imports that take forever to deliver, with no customer service at all, then this is your place. - Following this review I was contacted by Dresslilly and provided with a full refund without the need to return the items (which will go to charity). If they can communicate this way with customers in the future they will have better reviews!
