Oh look, here I am again, over a year and a half after these criminals stole my mobile phone, pretending to repair it.
Guess what? Never got it back. Never got any kind of reply, nor explanation. Just got sent a fake shipping/tracking number which never updated past the registration point.
You would be EXTREMELY unwise to buy anything from these people. If you really must, make absolutely sure you use paypal or something and make absolutely sure you report any issues within the 180 days of payment. If not, you will end up like me, making a loss of over £200 and having a bad feeling for the rest of time about being ripped off by a bunch of lying schmucks.

I forgot to let the world know it was a year since you stole my phone, pretending to repair it! The one I sent on Nov 27th 2020.
I forgot to tell everyone that you then pretended that BREXIT was preventing you from posting anything from Europe to the UK.
I forgot to tell everyone that you deliberately lied and delayed the entire process until the point it was outside of any time period that paypal would step in and refund me.
You have not even bothered to reply to any emails since May 2021, so it is very very obvious now that you are exactly the kind of deceitful con artists that I was concerned you were.

If you want a decent rugged phone, look at Ulephone. Their screens don't break, the bluetooth works properly, the phone signal is excellent, the batteries continue to work properly and the OS is decent.

S55 - A Stunningly AWFUL phone
Hey,
So yeah it's me again, I still haven't got the phone DooGee stole from me, almost a year ago now. I think that just by itself says a great about this company.
But, I have a review to leave on their S55. I just bought my partner a new phone, because we are getting rid of all the DooGee devices in the house, I hate them that much and now I have a reason to hate them even more. I bought her a Samsung A12 and my god the difference it has made!!
We thought that the issues were the internet and the location. Turns out the ENTIRE issue was the phone. I have NEVER in my life encountered such as useless phone. I am not talking about the whole device, I am just talking about its ability to be a phone; a device you speak into and hear out of.
The S55 is an absolute bloody joke, it pops, crackles, echos, drops, bleeps, gets louder, gets quieter and all in the space of one phone call. It has absolutely appalling signal strength, compared to any other model we've had in the house. You can turn off the mobile and try connecting to Whatsapp by Wifi only, it makes absolutely no difference, it is completely awful.
So thanks very much DooGee for making our lives an absolute misery for over a year by selling total garbage and pretending it is a smart phone. I've literally not been able to call my partner in the last 18 months without going absolutely insane.
So my S90 started having issues, before someone stole it. Both S88s I bought had hardware issues. The X95 has failed after a year. Now we discover the S55 is an abhorrent waste of silicone too...
So people, AVOID this shoddy company at all costs, because not only is their tech an absolute joke, they could not care less about honouring warranties and they will actually steal your device if you are stupid enough (like me) to send it to them for repairs.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered!! Utterly useless in every regard...

This has been going on for so long now…
This has been going on for so long now that I've forgotten to update the fact nothing has changed and this company are bunch of lying con artists.
So to that end:
Number of days since I posted my phone for repairs and un-returned: 300! Rapidly approaching a year since these disgraceful thieves took my original phone.
Number of days with no tracking update on the replacement: 160!
Number of days with no response from 4PX: 104 - they obviously couldn't even be bothered to read their emails
Number of days since Doogee contacted me: 92 (although that might as well be 136 since this last contact was a total waste of everyone's time)
So there is now absolutely NO way in the world my phone replacement is ever getting to me, DooGee have deliberately lied through their teeth about absolutely everything since I posted my phone to be repaired. They have deliberately delayed me to the point I can no longer claim a refund from PayPal and as soon they were absolutely sure they reached that point, they just stopped replying AT all.
You can look up WL710283756GB if you are in any doubt as to whether or not I am telling the truth, you will find it still only shows the parcel as being registered on April 16th. This has never changed, Doogee have never done a damn thing to investigate or fix the problem. They couldn't care less.
Do NOT buy anything from these people unless you have money to burn. I guarantee you whatever you purchase will fail within a year and they will never honour any warranty or claim for repairs.

Obviously, I am never getting my replacement phone. Obviously Doogee are literally thieves, I don't just use this word for no reason, they have stolen my property and lied about everything. 272 days ago I sent my phone to be repaired. That's over nine months now, approaching ten.
The S55 I bought last year, the thumb reader no longer works and the entire phone freezes for ten minutes at a time. The N95 is having battery issues. But seeing as these devious criminals have already stolen one phone, I am obviously never getting these other phones repaired either! This is not down to luck, or bad luck, this is because doogee manufacture products that are designed to fail, they clearly don't care about quality control, they could not care less about customer service - as illustrated by my story and the fact they have not bothered to reply to anyone on here since April.
Oh and "amusingly" since I started leaving all these negative reviews, I am getting spam mail every couple of weeks, on the address I am using on Trustpilot. Every one of them is a fake email telling me that Australia Post has my package... when I don't live in Australia.
Utterly pathetic. Utterly dishonourable.

Yeah, same story, different day.
I have a theory on DooGee though. I don't think they do any quality control at all. I think they are able to make cheaper devices because they don't care if the components stop working. They don't do customer service and they don't repair anything. They absolutely cannot figure out the postal system and if you email them more than once, you're assigned to the spam bin.

You are an utter disgrace to humanity, what company in this day and age behaves like this? Do NOT buy DooGee, you will never get any kind of customer service when your device fails and it will. Always use PayPal or some payment method that guarantees a refund, because DooGee won't do anything. Don't think this current Trustpilot score of 4.6 is real, it all accumulated in April, by multiple illiterate one line 5 star reviews - clearly paid for by DooGee.
My new Ulephone is a million times better in every single way. Phone signal stronger, Bluetooth more stable, location more accurate, software reliable...
