I accidentally ordered the comforter to be sent to the wrong address and customer service was very prompt to respond and get it changed very quickly on top of that they followed through the order all the way until it was delivered to make sure it arrived. Upon arrival, the comforter was exactly as described and expected and very fluffy and comfortable.
Absolute lifesavers! After we had just moved to the Tampa area, our washing machine broke and we were left with no way to do the two weeks worth of laundry that had piled up. Luckily, I contacted HappyNest and they not only picked up all of my bags worth of laundry but returned it perfectly folded the next day.
