Bought a running machine on 21st May…
Bought a running machine on 21st May 2026, it wasn't delivered until the 10th June, it broke pretty much straight away and since then I've not been able to get Dicks/the company Sole to fix it. THe customer service dept keeps saying they will contact me and they never do nobody wants to take ownership of the issue, at this point i just want them to refund me the money and take the machine back. I would really advise anyone against making a large purchase from here, I paid for delivery and set up and the guys building it were watching youtube videos to figure it out so I'm not surprised I've had so many issues.
