Microsoft's negligence is completely unacceptable! My computer was hacked in 2022 by Bitcoin miners who had full access to my OneDrive, personal photos, and Microsoft files for four years! I reported it repeatedly to their support team and they did nothing. Microsoft's negligence is completely unacceptable team and they did nothing. Absolutely nothing! Now the hackers have changed my password and PIN, locking me out of my own computer, forcing me to factory reset everything. This company has ruined my data and wasted years of my life with their pathetic security and zero customer care. Do not trust Microsoft with anything important. They couldn't care less about their users. Disgusting service. I want compensation and I want answers" - by the way, I live with my brother and I am using his PC - unreal

An evening of pleasure gone terribly wrong

About two weeks ago, I ordered three items from this company. I'd never heard of them, they were running a sale, and I was feeling randy. What a huge mistake.
The first item came with the incorrect charger - so that was a total bust. It was NEVER used and is as clean as it was on arrival. The second item came with NO charger at all. So I tried, against what the company advises, to improvise. This one is a TOTAL DUD - also TOTALLY UNUSED and CLEAN AS A WHISTLE. On the topic of returns, if you go to the company website, their demands are truly extraordinary and utterly ridiculous, i.e. film the opening of the damaged item.
I am demanding a full refund and will happily return these defective piles of junk. Gentlemen, please - there are a plethora of shops out there- far superior with excellent customer service. Avoid this place like a venerial disease.
