They've had my package for over 3 weeks…
They've had my package for over 3 weeks now. They claim it's in the local warehouse and each day they promise delivery before 10 pm but it never arrives. I've called the customer service line 11 times, asked to have the supervisor contact me twice and asked that tthe local warehouse manager contact me so i can pick it up myself. Neither ever contacts me. The customer service people have no way to escalate complaints or to explain delays. All they are allowed to do is to suggest the customer wait.

Nothing left to chance!
Other than flight details, we relied entirely on Travel China Guide Tours to arrange all the details of a complex overland tour that included Xi’an, Lhasa and overland across the Himalayas to Kathmandu, Nepal. Our guides were knowledgeable, friendly and flexible when we requested almost daily modifications to our itinerary to reflect changing interests. The vehicles were reliable and the drivers safe and professional. Accommodations were top notch as were meals along the way. There are a number of tour companies offering overland tours across the Himalayas but we consider ourselves really fortunate for having selected Travel China Guide Tours for this once in a lifetime trip.
