EFFY said bracelet 14K. Liars.
Bought a bracelet in port while cruising. Sales associate said it was 14K gold. Received email receipt once home. It’s gold plated. I WAS LIED TO. I assume they believe they can get away with this. Gift was for my niece who is allergic to trash metals. She gave it to her cousin and I bought her a real 14K butterfly bracelet for $180 less. Have been going in circles with EFFY “customer service.” Must be an AI bot as responses never address the issue. DO NOT EVER buy anything from this company who lies about a product. Shameful.
