would not recover files from a ssd just current files, would not honor there money back guarantee, claiming it was the SSD even though their website says; "Accidentally formatted a hard drive and caused data loss? Calm down a bit. All lost files are recoverable. No matter it is an HDD, SSD, SD Card, Memory Card, Flash Drive, USB Drive, and Pen Drive, data recovery software can find what you want and won't let you down." I was able to receive a refund and cancel the product so my review went from 1 to 3 stars.
