No matter how many times I contact them to cancel the monthly charge, they just keep doing it. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.

Misleading website - forces collection of payment info
Misleading website - just wanted a stock transfer form - got me to type all the info in - offer a free account but won't let you have a free account unless you give them payment info - start a trial that would cost several hundred a year (split into monthly chunks) and then have to jump through hoops to cancel. You shouldn't require payment info for a free account or force people into a £££ trial they don't want. If they don't want customers to use the templates they advertise for 'free' (like stock transfer forms) without harvesting payment info then make that clear and require registration/sign up before they waste time filling in the details! Very poor ethics being demonstrated. Avoid.

Hello Philip, We're sorry about any confusion regarding our free trial. We are a paid service, but offer a 7-day free trial to first time members. So long as it's canceled within the Trial period, there's no billing whatsoever. Otherwise, it will convert into a paid plan. This is explained at the time of sign up when credit/debit card information is required. They do not Follow UP
They do not Follow UP. Failure to Deliver Trademark Services. They started charging me for everything. The attorney that I was originally with left. I did not know it; no one ever responded to me. They changed the terms of their agreement, and it's hard trying to get someone to help you through the process. They have left me hanging several times and I would suggest you go another route. This company is a scam. I have called them numerous times trying to get help. No one can get me to the right person and they have no care.

User Friendly Forms, Informative Experience
The forms available seem very user friendly. I would have produced completed forms. However, it seems my needs are more complicated than the available forms allow. I appreciate being able to use the system as a trial before paying for a product that didn't ultimately serve my needs.

Free trial worked great
I used the free trial to generate some forms for travel and it was all I needed. Will rejoin if I need more extensive legal things.

Buyer Beware
I have had an awful experience with Rocket Lawyer. Three legal consultations were scheduled, and all three were cancelled right at the start of each meeting. Upon cancellation, I barely received an apology; the rep clearly gets these types of calls often, and proceeded to try to upsell me on a more expensive product. Why would I purchase a more expensive product when you can't even provide the service I've already paid for?

I used the free trial to get a rental…
I used the free trial to get a rental lease and modify it easily. I also called customer support a few times and they were easy to reach and helpful. Also canceled trial with no trouble. Only problem was that I was unable to email tenant the document to sign, after trying several times. Instead, I emailed it and will have it sent back by mail. But that is not too bad. A worthy, helpful service.

BEWARE
BEWARE! It was easy to set up an account and to get the separate maintenance agreement I needed. After the free trial, I cancelled the subscription. Then, I was charged $59 for three months. When I called and said I cancelled my membership after the free trial, they said I cancelled the auto renewal, NOT the membership. I still needed to pay another $59 to have the annual membership at $240/year. I thought I was being billed monthly (which was what the free trial was for). She said no, it was an annual membership and in order to keep access to the documents for the year, she said I had to pay the other $59. No refunds for what I already paid. Watch out for those fees! It's not billed monthly like it says, it's billed annually and you can't get out of it or get a refund.

I was only a member for 3-4 days
I was only a member for 3-4 days. I tried to schedule a legal pro live 20 min consult. My very first appointment they were a no show. Second and third appointments they cancelled within an hour of the appointments. Who does that. Someone who doesn’t care, and who doesn’t want to work. I called billing asked for my money back and to cancel my account. I will never come back here or recommend anyone to this so called business. Update: do better. A no show and cancelled appointments back to back is never a good look. Especially in only 4 days too much damage in such little time.
