Order not received
When I track my order, it is in Ready for Shipment status in the past 3 weeks. They do not answer for any email. Where is my order?

Ordered a phone in january
Ordered a phone in january. Now it got some charhing problem, so i wanted to send it to the local warranty service. They asked for an invoice, which i didn't get for the purchase. Asked the support to send it to me but they refused it because some kind of technical problem, and didn't provice any other solution. What a joke that you can't even get your invoice for your purchase which is needed to claim warranty...
