CHINA ITEMS! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! UNTRUSTWORTHY!!
Bought items last month - February from this company for the 1st time. I completed 2 separate orders in like 5 mins. I emailed them right away to cancel the other order as it is duplicate. Julia emailed back stating that due to Chinese New Year in February that they are not able to do anything with orders until they are back on the 19th and that they will take care of it. And will respond when they return. I waited patiently and gave them extra 2 days but no one emailed me back. So I sent another email, no response. Another day, I sent a 3rd email, still nothing! And they went ahead and shipped both orders! And btw, you can't call them because they are located in China!! You can only email them. So, I filed a dispute with Paypal and they too did not get a response from them so Paypal refunded me the full amount I disputed. Not only does FIRM ABS customer service sucks, they will not help you with any issues. The items took a month to deliver. They will blantanly ignore you and also items are cheaply made. Very thin and see through! NEVER ORDERING AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND! VERY POOR first time experience from this company. Stick to US brands!
