I wish I had looked them up on here before ordering from them!! 17 days after I placed an order I got in touch for an update. 10mins after emailing I got an email saying my order had been processed so basically they had forgotten the order. I got no apology or explanation. It's 24 days later (7-10 days is stated for delivery) and my order has just been delivered in what looks like a tupperware box. It's a see through box with jigsaw pieces in it. For £38 you'd expect a box with a picture of the finished puzzle. Customer service, packaging, delivery - all bad!! I wish I could add to all the "reviews" on the website but there is nowhere to submit one. Seems they have just posted pictures of positive reviews on the site. Terrible company
