Scam!!! Fraudulent company. Ordered my hair about a month ago and it still has not come in. Their website says 3-5 day shipping yet they claim customized order take almost a month. False advertisement and unprofessional! I will be filing a claim against them with my bank. First and last time buying from them!
SCAM SITE BEWARE!!!! First my shipping was delayed for almost a month after the given delivery date! Once it finally came in then will send you cheap hair claiming to be 100% virgin. When you ask for a refund they will DENY even if you did not install the hair. They claim they accept refunds but they do not. They will say every item is a CUSTOM unit and that it CANNOT BE RETURNED! This is a fraudulent business and has already been reported to my bank
