Booking CHK-5372883 Cancelled
My booking CHK-5372883 fly on Feb 22 2020 from HKG to MEL via BWN, the flight BI635 was cancelled by Royal Brunei Airway. Everyday I sent email to Customer Service to check the refund status, and frequently to dial the hotline no. 800-806-909, both are no feedback at all.
