Not impressed
I ordered 2 baseball posters as gifts for Christmas. I ordered well in advance, more than a month. I did not get any updates about my order other than it’s in process and when I checked it was stuck somewhere. When I contacted customer service to follow up on status, all I kept being told was it’s on the way. It was not. It stayed with the courier and then I was told it could not be found. This was very disappointing as the holidays were quickly approaching and I had nothing. Customer service was no help. I was advised I could not be refunded since I already purchased the posters and they were shipped out. Like they didn’t even care about any of this. When they finally did arrive middle of January, totally unacceptable… they were alright. I was happy to have them to give as the long awaited gift, but I was not impressed at all with the product and service for sure, terrible in my experience.
