So I wanted to follow up on my last review for this company. They had many issues with the shipping process for my order but they were able to come back and fix it and even sent me something free for the inconvenience!
This is my second time buying from this company and each time my order has been delayed. Last time by two weeks and this time I have been waiting almost 3 full weeks for my shipment when it was supposed to take 7 to 10 business days. The lack of customer service response is unacceptable. They don’t have the inventory for what is displayed online so not only is my shipment taking forever but now I won’t get what I ordered. It wasn’t just 1 item, it was 4!! That’s half my order! Won’t be ordering for this store ever again, I don’t care how cute the outfits are!! This feels like a scam!!
