Absolutely dreadful experience
Absolutely dreadful experience. Company is dishonest. Lies to the customer. Made my order 8 days ago and it hasn't shipped and every response from customer service is AI. You cant get a refund or your get your product. They split my order and half of it has had a shipping label on it for a week and hasn't shipped and the other half of the order I have no idea whats going on but it hasn't shipped. Every reply from custom service is ai. Company is a joke who has no interest in helping the customer. Will report to the BBB
