What I have noticed in my Reverb.com journey over the years is for me only about 50% of the items I bought ever get shipped. The seller usually makes some lame excuse that the item fell and broke before they could ship or as of late "damaged in shipping" when it wasn't even shipped. This is a clown show... just a waste of time and ties up your money.
I had ordered a set of struts for my F150 from Shock Jerk-us and waited 2 weeks and called them. They never shipped them and had trouble finding my order... but they nailed my payment. AND... I was a previous customer. That's how you lose trust. Obviously uber-pissed I searched the shocks online and found them at AmericanTrucks. I called and they picked up the phone (miracle) and I spoke to Ken (very professional). He said we have them and you will get them in 3 days... and I did. Now AmericanTrucks is my go to for everything, they have earned my trust.
