The company does not use a reliable delivery service The first "delivery attempt" was a complete lie. It said it was a successful delivery with a photo with a background that didn't match anything on my property so I have no idea where they put the parcel to take a photo of it Contradicting this, a live chat agents said that it was left with a neighbor which couldn't have been true considering they actually sent it the next day themselves and another agent sent so now I look like an idiot going around all my neighbors houses telling them one of them must have it because the courier said so This wouldn't have gotten resolved without me following it up myself, dread to think of all the orders lost because people didn't know to reach about about the awful delivery service Complete shitshow all round from their delivery partner, I don't need that kind of stress in my life
