Had a few small glitches trying to get my order in and contacted the company with my issue and they promptly straightened it out. I have now successfully downloaded the PDF and I have browsed through it and it seems to be thorough and a resource I could not find anywhere else. I would buy again from this company. What a fantastic experience ordering a custom-sized stainless steel chase cover from this company! I was off on my spec sheet submittal by 1/8th of an inch. They called me to discuss my measurements and made recommendations I had not considered before. The cover arrived un-damaged and incredibly quick. It is so very nicely constructed and all this at half of what I would have had to pay a local sheet metal fabricator.
