Battery is doing great
Battery is doing great. Your shipping leaves a lot to be desired. Little communication and hard to get any real tracking information. Never knew whe or if it was going to arrive.
My order was late no viable tracking.
My order was late. The only tracking information I received told me my order was received. I only received the charger that I ordered with the battery. The only answer to my emails was that the battery was pre-order. It took 10 days to finally receive my battery. I was on the cusp of contacting PayPal to start the process of getting my money back. Great products but Customer service is lacking badly.
