I'm an actual customer- Scammed
i went from 5 to 1 stars. I was 1000% wrong about them. They didnt process shipping a new item out. I ordered and wqnted a jacket, they keep offering me the cheap ass dresses and everytime request a jacket peplacement-it is out of stock and offer the dresses again. Don't buy unless you just accept you are possibly wasting your money if can't exchange or get a refund if so desire. I'm an actual customer - not a fake review - and so far have had a good experience. I ordered a wrong size - asked for refund - they offered to send correct size and keep original. So just waiting on that now to arrive. My experience with import companies - Customer: Return shipping is expensive Company: Easier to ship a new product - replace for vs refunds. If that is they ONLY thing you can find on the site - then go for that refund- but I have always found something easy enough to replace for same cost(s) First time ordering with Futario but they responded quickly. The quality is very good for the prices. I may adjust review if the replacement product doesn't show -however to date 1. Original item ordered is lovely and well made - just too small. 2. They responded quickly and 3 times now. Kindness goes a long way - They shipped quick and responded to me quickly with my issue - don't believe they are scammers.
